SAVED OUR FAMILY VACATION!!!! I bought my boat to Lake Norman for a two week vacation. The engine started overheating on day 3 (a bad impeller). Advanced Marine took my boat the next morning and the boat was fixed within 3 hours —- and we were back on the Lake. The guys were great and went out of their way to fix the boat quickly so we could get the most out of our vacation (other places couldn’t even look at it for a week). Top quality service and quality!

We were on vacation at Lake Norman (first time ever coming here) and got a tow rope caught up in our jet ski. It was bound so far in the front that it could not be removed without pulling the pump. Called several places and they said they were way too busy to even consider working it in. Called Advanced Marine Service and told them the situation and they said to bring it in and they’d do all they could to help out. Dropped it off that afternoon and they called the next morning and said it was ready to go. Service people worked several hours of overtime to repair it the evening it was dropped off and we were able to enjoy the last 2 days of vacation with it. Very appreciative of their consideration of our situation and the willingness to help out.

You can trust these guys. They do good work and will answer your questions. They charge a fair price and are up front about prices. I drive from Shelby to take my boats here because it’s hard to find someone you can trust in the boat repair business.

Port City Storage in one word, Great! We have used their moving services and have also had a storage unit there for several years. The owner and staff are all easy to work with and very accommodating. There is always someone at the office to help you. The facility is always clean, well lit and very secure. I have been and will continue to recommend Port City Storage to my friends and neighbors!

This is a great place to store your things. In the past four years that we have been here never had a problem our vehicles and storage units have been very secure. The personal here are very welcoming, kind and attentive to us. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking where to store things.

We are renting a unit from here and it was very clean and really new looking. Its not gated which you lose a little security but they do have cameras. I do really like that you can go there 24 hours a day.

I purchased the woodgrain mats hoping to help my senior dog who was having trouble with hardwood floors. They are exactly what we needed and look great! They have just enough grip for him to move around the house and they are super easy to clean. I received the mats very quickly, only a few days from when I ordered. Thank you for the great product and the great service!

We Sell Mats is a fantastic company! I am a gym owner and have a garage gym with WSM products and I am super pleased with the quality of their products. We put some wear and tear on flooring products in general with our type of training and WSM flooring and Mats has stood the test of time! Staff creates an excellent customer service experience 🙂

Mooresville location may leave you high and dry if you need a lift gate truck. Was told I could get a lift gate truck as long as I reserved a week out. Made the reservation 9 days in advance and was told the day before my reservation day that they would not have one but they could put me in a ramp truck. I later found out from another location they do not guarantee lift gate trucks on personal rentals. Great people, but be careful if you need a lift gate truck for a particular day. After many phone calls, penske was able to find a couple of trucks half an hour to an hour away.

I can not say enough about the owner. My car broke down (July 4th weekend) and it was sizzling hot outside. I was traveling from LKN to Asheboro and had my dog with me. Prices are competitive and the initial rental process is pretty easy, but good luck trying to get anyone on the phone to talk about your contract or ending your rental. They simply never answer that number and only staff the physical office on Monday and Friday. I ended my contract a month ago (have a voicemail confirming this) and I’m now receiving bills with late charges. Phone just rings and rings with no option to leave voicemail or anything. Would not recommend.

I called around before I rented and found Go Store It was a good choice. They have been good to me, reasonably to rent. Zac is a great manager eager to help you. Great personality and good character. He will help you with your storage need.

Absolutely the worse customer experience. Reserved a unit online. Went in a couple of days later. No units available. When the desk person contacted the manager, I could hear her over the phone saying. Just because you reserve a unit, does mean it’s available. “Just tell them no one has units available”. So I ask you, what’s the point of the reservation system. This is very frustrating and will prevent me from recommending this business to any of my clients. So much for customer service!
