We had the pleasure of working with two wonderful leasing agents. LeeAnn has been fantastic to work with. She met up with me two times for tours and allowed my daughter to accompany me on the second tour. She was patient and answered all my questions. I’m excited she will also be my neighbor! Molly, who I believe is in their corporate office, was also super helpful during the application process. Because I needed a co-signer, we had a few hoops to jump through and she took time out of her day to walk my co-signer through the process. I am excited about moving in to this building and look forward to meeting all my new neighbors.

Communicates through text, which I feel is VERY unprofessional. Will set up appointments and either not show, or tell you she’s booked for the day. I’m pretty sure we dodged a bullet with this one. If you’re using this company to manage and rent out your properties, you’re wasting your time and losing money.

We hired Lisa Newell to manage a few properties in 2018. It was awful!! For four months, she only responded via text messages and multiple voice mails were never returned. When payments arrived for property rents collected she did not have receipts for work charged and deducted from rent distribution. We had complaints from prospective and existing tenants about not having calls returned in a timely manner. I even gave her a house listing and someone walked to the neighbor’s house to figure out how to contact me as they were not getting called back from listing agent. She is a nice person when you meet her, but as a real estate professional (having worked with her for over a year), she is a terrible. With so much better talent that is committed to being a full time agent do your self a favor and find someone who will work to earn the traditional commissions and fees charged. We did and what a huge difference in 2019!!

Mr. Cotton is great! He was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process. He is extremely responsive anytime we had any questions. He always has our best interest in mind and took great care of us. We would definitely refer her to anyone looking for a new home in Charlotte Market!
